Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales / MICE Executive, based in Thane. The role involves identifying corporate sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored travel solutions. The responsibilities also include managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners through networking, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
- Proposal Development: Design tailored, high-impact proposals and costings for MICE groups, ensuring they align with the client’s budget and strategic goals.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms with clients and vendors (hotels, airlines, DMCs) to ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the MICE segment.
Operations & Execution
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of an event, from initial inquiry and site inspections to post-event evaluations.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with ground operators, transport providers, and venues to ensure all logistical requirements are met.
- On-Site Coordination: Provide on-ground support during major events to ensure smooth operations and immediate troubleshooting of any issues.
- Post-Event Reporting: Collect client feedback, analyze event success against KPIs, and prepare final settlement reports.
Strategic Account Management
- Relationship Building: Nurture long-term relationships with key corporate accounts to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of leads, client data, and sales reports in the company’s CRM system.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and competitor offerings to provide innovative solutions to clients.
