Job Description:
We are looking for a Corporate Business Executive to manage and grow our corporate client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, handling business communications, and driving overall corporate business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Prepare reports on corporate business performance.
Handle end-to-end corporate account management.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities
Experience in corporate sales or client management (preferred).
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Basic knowledge of business operations and sales processes.
