Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a professional in Corporate Sales, Client Servicing, Events, and Hospitality Sales. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, managing sales processes, coordinating event requirements, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout. The role also involves managing client queries to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the financial growth of the organization by meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Effective Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs professionally and maintain high service quality
- Basic knowledge of Finance to manage budgets and ensure the profitability of events
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in the events and hospitality domain, with prior experience being highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
