Who we’re looking for
Someone driven, proactive, and enthusiastic about outreach and partnerships. You should enjoy interacting with people, communicating over calls, and coordinating with stakeholders.
About the role
- Build and manage partnerships with corporate entities
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and outreach
- Coordinate meetings between prospects and internal teams
- Communicate effectively across channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to drive conversions
- Identify and research potential accounts and decision-makers
- Support the sales process by qualifying leads and maintaining pipelines
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into opportunities
- Maintain and update the prospect database
- Represent QShala’s brand effectively in all interactions
- Participate in periodic sales training
Who is this role ideal for?
- Self-starter with a strong hustle mindset
- Strong team player with good coordination skills
- Familiarity with lead generation tools like Lusha, Apollo, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Good at lead conversion and achieving targets
- Skilled in communication, objection handling, and relationship building
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High energy, integrity, and work ethic
- Comfortable with Excel
- Interested in corporate outreach and partnerships
