As a Corporate Account Manager at PumPumPum, you'll be the face of the company for our partner corporations. You'll own client relationships end-to-end — from onboarding to renewal — ensuring every corporate partner and their employees have a seamless leasing experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts after deal closure
- Onboard new corporate clients smoothly — coordinate documentation, employee communication, and program launch
- Drive demand from within partner corporates by engaging employees on leasing benefits and options
- Build strong relationships with HR, Admin, and Finance teams at client companies
- Track account health, renewals, and upsell opportunities; flag risks proactively
- Coordinate internally with sales, ops, and finance teams for timely issue resolution
- Maintain clean records in CRM and prepare weekly account performance reports
- Gather client feedback and share insights with product and leadership teams
What We're Looking For
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in account management, client servicing, or B2B roles
- Strong relationship-building skills — warm, professional, and reliable
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi (regional language a plus)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets, email, and CRM tools (training provided)
- Problem-solver mindset — you own issues and follow through until resolved
- Patience and empathy when handling client concerns or escalations
