Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Account Manager based in Chennai South NBD (New Business Development) team, Tamilnadu. The role involves managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Other responsibilities include understanding client business requirements, proposing tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role further requires monitoring market trends, analyzing competition, and preparing reports to support sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to interact effectively with corporate clients.
- Analytical abilities to track market trends, analyze client needs, and craft strategic sales solutions.
- Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-motivation, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a team environment.
