ROLE — Corporate Relationship Officer ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentive | Full-Time | Field + Center Based | Kolhapur / Sangli
About Tapasya Tapasya Health & Wellness is Maharashtra's leading NABH-certified integrated Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy center, based in Nimshirgao, Kolhapur. Empaneled with 10+ insurance companies for cashless treatment and led by three specialist founding doctors, Tapasya is building the dominant wellness brand in the Kolhapur-Sangli belt.
We are expanding our corporate wellness vertical and need a confident, people-first professional who can identify the right companies, build owner-level relationships, and represent Tapasya in the corporate world.
Job Description This is a field-plus-center role. You will identify and approach company owners within a 50km radius of Tapasya, build relationships strong enough to bring them to Tapasya for a customized corporate wellness presentation, coordinate Dr. Amol's on-site wellness session at their organization, and support employee engagement from that point forward.
Work Role Details
Corporate Outreach & Relationship Building
- Identify and map target organizations within 50km — manufacturing, banking and finance, IT, educational institutions with 25+ employees
- Connect with the correct decision-maker directly — owner, MD, CEO, or senior HR
- Build rapport through consistent, professional outreach — calls, visits, referrals, local networks
- Secure confirmed follow-up engagements with Tapasya for corporate wellness presentations
Cold Calling & Lead Outreach
- Connect with business owner leads provided by Tapasya within 3 working days of receiving the list — no lead sits untouched
- Open the conversation professionally, establish context, and move the owner toward a meeting or Tapasya center visit
- Log every call outcome same day — connected, callback requested, not reachable, not interested
- Make minimum 3 documented attempts at different times before marking any lead inactive
Wellness Session Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for Dr. Amol's on-site wellness session — venue, timing, staff attendance, communication to employees
- Be present at the session as the Tapasya representative
Account Management
- Maintain a live record of every organization — relationship status, sessions done, enrollments generated, renewal due
- Coordinate with Tapasya's medical and admin team for smooth onboarding of corporate clients and their employees
Skills Required
- Fluent spoken Marathi, Hindi and English — all owner-level conversations happen in Marathi, non-negotiable
- 1–2 years of experience in corporate relations, institutional engagement, or business development — industries like pharma, insurance, wellness, FMCG, or banking preferred
- Demonstrated ability to have professional conversations with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Sound understanding of how businesses operate — able to speak the language of productivity, workforce, and organizational growth
- Strong relationship-building ability — this role runs on trust and follow-through
- Presentable, professionally groomed, and confident in formal business settings
- Organized and self-driven — manages own schedule, pipeline, and follow-ups without daily supervision
