Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Relationship Executive role based in Noida. The Corporate Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing their needs promptly. The role entails coordinating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions, identifying opportunities for business growth, and enhancing client commitment to organizational services. Additionally, the incumbent will conduct client feedback assessments, assist with creating proposals, and act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation strategies
- Proficiency in developing business strategies and identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to manage client feedback processes and develop actionable solutions
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in corporate relations or business development
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
