About the Role:
We are building NxtWave’s corporate training vertical and looking for a driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to own and grow our B2B pipeline across India.
You will be the face of NxtWave to L&D heads, HR directors, and business leaders — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
What You’ll Do:
• Own end-to-end B2B sales — from cold outreach to closure
• Identify and approach companies with corporate training requirements
• Build and manage relationships with L&D, HR, and business heads
• Pitch and present NxtWave’s training programmes to decision makers
• Maintain and grow an active pipeline of opportunities
Who You Are:
• 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in training, SaaS, or HR tech
• Comfortable with cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings
• Strong communicator — written and verbal
• Self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding to find a conversation
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
