- About the Role:Act as the relationship manager for outreach and recruiter engagement across key hiring regions. Promote IMI’s brand and ensure consistency in messaging, placement alignment, and recruiter satisfaction through sustained regional relationship management.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead corporate outreach to acquire new recruiters for IMI Delhi, IMI Kolkata, and IMI Bhubaneswar.
- Build, nurture, and manage Tier-1 recruiter relationships
- Align recruiter needs with student profiles and preparation levels
- Promote IMI in corporate and employer branding events
- Coordinate placement day experiences for regional recruiters
- Track target progress and provide reports to the analytics team
Eligibility:
- 3-10 years of experience in key account management, corporate engagement, or recruiter engagements
- Strong understanding of talent requirements in emerging technology domains like AI/ML, Product, Data Science, etc., with the ability to align and onboard recruiters hiring for these skill areas.
- Proven ability to manage multi-city outreach and strategic recruiter accounts
- Experience in CRM systems and placement platforms
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and event management skills
- Ability to multitask across campuses and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Recruiter engagement across assigned geographies
- Number of regional recruiters onboard
- Placement conversions from recruiters in assigned geographies
- Employer brand visibility improvements
- Recruiter satisfaction and feedback
