Key Requirements:
- Experience in Placements & Corporate Relations
- Strong corporate networking with CHROs/CXOs/HR leaders
- Lead generation & new account acquisition
- Experience handling campus recruitment & internships
- Strong business development and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Indian Premier B-School landscape
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Good with Excel, PPT & Tableau
Role Focus:
- Drive corporate outreach and placement opportunities
- Build recruiter relationships for internships & final placements
- Conduct engagement activities like leadership talks, workshops & conclaves
- Achieve placement and outreach targets
