Crio.Do is an experiential learning platform focused on helping developers build industry-relevant skills in Full-Stack Development, Backend Development, and QA Automation. The Outcomes team works closely with startups, enterprises, and global organizations to create placement opportunities for learners.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on role within the Outcomes team, focused on building and managing relationships with hiring partners. The role involves direct exposure to B2B outreach and partnership development, contributing to real hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to Hiring Managers, Founders, CTOs, and Talent Acquisition teams
- Build and manage a pipeline of companies hiring technology talent
- Identify, generate, and qualify B2B leads
- Understand hiring requirements and align them with suitable learner profiles
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful placement outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement
- Track and report key outreach and conversion metrics
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year students or recent graduates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in Sales, Business Development, or EdTech
- Self-driven, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset
