Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking with potential B2B partners, academic institutions, and biotech companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.
- Pitch Biotecnika’s services (training, research collaborations, hiring solutions, etc.) to relevant institutions and industry partners.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, training, sales) to customize proposals and solutions based on client needs.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent Biotecnika and expand its corporate network.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Human Resource, or any related field.
Other Requirements:
- 0 – 6 months of experience in Human Resource, Marketing, or client engagement.
- Freshers with strong communication and networking skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
