Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Recruiter role based in the Mohali district. The Corporate Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles across the organization. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, and building effective talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. The role involves conducting initial candidate assessments, scheduling and facilitating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience. The recruiter will maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems, provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Qualifications
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Ability to use job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and internal teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and colleagues.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open positions and deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR processes and documentation.
- Understanding of fair hiring practices, confidentiality, and relevant employment regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district and collaborate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior recruitment experience in consulting, professional services, or similar sectors is an advantage.
