Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Recruiter located in Bengaluru. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and strategize recruitment plans. The recruiter will also manage candidate pipelines, maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate relationship management and collaboration with hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage pipelines.
- Organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to business needs.
- Previous experience in retail or fast-fashion industries is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while meeting recruitment deadlines.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
