Job Title: In-House Corporate Recruiter

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven In-House Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, and attract top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and employer branding strategies
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring (if applicable)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6months to 2years of experience in corporate/in-house recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and hiring processes
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for diverse roles (tech, non-tech, leadership, etc.)
- Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing strategies
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
