Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven In-House Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, and attract top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and employer branding strategies
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring (if applicable)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6months to 2years of experience in corporate/in-house recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and hiring processes
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for diverse roles (tech, non-tech, leadership, etc.)
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
