• Identify and research companies with hiring needs
• Initiate professional outreach via LinkedIn and email
• Coordinate meetings with founders / hiring managers
• Follow up and nurture potential client relationships
• Maintain structured outreach and pipeline tracker
• Support in converting conversations into hiring mandates
