Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Ownership & Client Servicing : Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day communication. Manage account deliverables, timelines, and reporting independently. Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent delivery quality .
2. Media Relations & Content Strategy : Drive media outreach and build relationships with journalists. Develop and review press materials, pitches, and leadership content. Identify proactive opportunities and manage coverage outcomes
3. Strategic & Reputation Support : Contribute to communication strategies and campaign planning. Track news cycles, identify risks, and recommend actionable responses
4. Team & Execution Management : Guide and review work of junior team members. Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all deliverables. Coordinate internally to drive seamless execution across accounts
Skills & Qualifications:
● 3–4 years of experience in a PR agency
● Proven experience in client handling and account management
● Strong media understanding and journalist network preferred
● Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
● Ability to work independently and take ownership
