We are not just an event agency; we are a Next-Gen Venue Tech Ecosystem. We are expanding our B2B Institutional wing and looking for a relentless Head of Corporate Partnerships to onboard India's top corporate giants onto our platform.
The Mandate:
This is a Hunter Role. We do not need account managers; we need deal closers. Your single-point agenda is to penetrate the corporate sector and onboard mid-to-large corporate houses onto the LuxeVenue.ai ecosystem for all their institutional event needs (Conferences, AGMs, MICE, Product Launches, and Employee Retreats).
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Ecosystem Onboarding: Pitch LuxeVenue.ai as the official, exclusive venue and event tech partner for multinational corporations, conglomerates, and tech enterprises.
- Boardroom Penetration: Connect directly with C-Suite executives, Procurement Heads, Admin Directors, and HR VPs to crack annual corporate event mandates.
- Revenue & Business Sourcing: Take complete ownership of the B2B revenue pipeline—from identification and strategic pitching to commercial closure and contract signing.
- Airtight Pipeline Governance: Maintain 100% transparency. Deliver detailed, data-backed Daily Sales Reports (DSR) with direct stakeholder contacts, specific enterprise roadblocks, and clear conversion paths.
- Strategic Custom Scaling: Understand the procurement rules of large corporate clients and structurally bundle LuxeVenue’s tech capabilities (AI metrics, vendor escrows) to match their corporate compliance.
Mandatory Selection Criteria (No Compromises):
- Event Industry Core Background: Minimum 4–7 years of aggressive B2B corporate sales experience strictly within Premium Event Management Agencies, Corporate MICE Outfits, or Star-Category Luxury Hotels (Corporate Sales Division).
- Active Corporate Network: You must possess an active, warm, and self-owned rolodex of Admin, Procurement, and HR Heads across Delhi-NCR/Pan-India.
- High Convincing & Negotiation Power: Exceptional executive presence, absolute command over language, and the ability to pitch to a room full of corporate directors.
- Target-Driven DNA: Proven history of handling independent annual sales targets of ₹2.5 Crores+ with a track record of high-value enterprise closures.
- Uncompromising Professional Discipline: Alignment with a high-intensity startup culture, rigorous on-site execution, and continuous daily documentation.
