Role Description The Corporate Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing corporate relationships that support BSE’s mission and programs. Day-to-day activities include developing fundraising strategies, preparing partnership proposals, conducting meetings and presentations with corporate stakeholders, and managing ongoing partner communication. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to design impactful sponsorship and engagement opportunities, tracking partnership performance, and ensuring timely reporting and stewardship. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will also monitor market trends, explore new strategic partnership avenues, and contribute to long-term revenue growth and social impact.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in corporate fundraising and corporate partnerships, with a track record of securing and managing support from corporate entities.
- Strong skills in account management and communication, including relationship building, stakeholder engagement, and clear, persuasive presentation abilities.
- Proven ability in strategic partnerships, including identifying opportunities, structuring collaborations, and aligning partner objectives with organizational goals.
- Background in business development, nonprofit management, or CSR engagement is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, social sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with comfort using CRM or partnership management tools.
- Commitment to social impact, rural workforce development, and inclusive, ethical work practices.
