About Marzi:
Marzi is a digital-first venture under the Primus Group, pioneering a new paradigm for India’s urban, afluent, and tech-savvy 50+ population. We reimagine life after 50 by empowering individuals aged 50–70 years to lead purposeful, connected, and fulfilling lives from the comfort of their homes. This stage of life is often marked by transitions — retirement, empty nests, shifting identities. Marzi helps people combat boredom, rediscover relevance, and find renewed purpose.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnerships & Deal Making
- Identify and build partnerships with platforms and organizations that cater to or influence the 50+ demographic - Initiate and close conversations with decision-makers (CXOs, category heads, HR leaders) - Structure win-win integrations (e.g., add-on services, bundled offerings, embedded experiences)
2. Partnership-led Growth & Distribution
- Drive Marzi’s presence across partner platforms - Own user acquisition through these channels - Build scalable distribution pipelines via corporate and platform alliances
3. Campaign Ownership (End-to-End)
- Design and execute partnership-led campaigns across the funnel: • Visibility / impressions • Landing page traffic • User registration / conversion - Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and CAC
4. Corporate Gifting & HR Partnerships
- Drive partnerships with HR teams and organizations to offer Marzi memberships - Own the entire lifecycle: pitch → onboarding → activation → retention
5. Customer Journey & Channel Strategy
- Map touchpoints relevant to the 50+ audience - Align Marzi’s presence with high-intent moments - Experiment with new channels and formats
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or growth
- Proven ability to open and close deals independently
- Strong understanding of consumer funnels and acquisition metrics
- Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on
- Comfortable in a 0→1 environment
