Atlantis Brewpub is one of HSR Layout’s premium destinations for craft beer, dining, and large-scale celebrations. We host corporate gatherings, team outings, celebrations, and private events. We are looking for a driven Corporate Outreach Executive to build relationships with companies and bring corporate events to our venue.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Corporate Outreach Executive who can approach companies across HSR Layout, Electronic City, and nearby tech corridors to secure corporate dining events, team outings, and private parties at Atlantis Brewpub.
This role focuses on B2B outreach, relationship building, and closing corporate bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach corporates across HSR Layout, Electronic City, Sarjapur Road, and surrounding business hubs
- Build relationships with HR teams, admin managers, and corporate event coordinators
- Pitch Atlantis Brewpub as a venue for team dinners, celebrations, and corporate parties
- Close corporate event bookings and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain a pipeline of corporate leads and follow up regularly
- Achieve a minimum target of 14–16 corporate bookings per month (100+ guests per booking preferred)
- Track outreach activity and deal closures through CRM or sales tracker
Target Metrics:
- Minimum 14–16 corporate event bookings per month
- Average 100–120 guests per booking
- Additional smaller bookings encouraged and incentivized
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate sales, hospitality sales, or event sales
- Strong network with HR/Admin teams in Bangalore corporates is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and comfortable with field sales
- Prior experience with restaurants, hotels, event venues, or hospitality brands preferred
