Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate NPS Relationship Manager located in Kolkata. The role involves managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients for the National Pension System (NPS). Responsibilities include advising corporate clients on NPS-related services, preparing engaging business presentations, driving portfolio growth, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and superior client service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to analyze client needs, solve problems, and develop tailored pension solutions
- Experience in financial services, corporate banking, or retirement planning industry
- Knowledge of the National Pension System (NPS) framework, regulations, and market trends
- Proven ability to achieve targets and drive business outcomes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in client consultation and portfolio management is an advantage
