About Role
We're looking for a warm, emotionally intelligent individual to serve as a trusted, steady presence for our team — someone employees can turn to for guidance, a listening ear, or simply a safe space to talk without fear of judgment. This role is especially suited to connecting with our predominantly Gen Z workforce, understanding their unique needs and unspoken worries, and nurturing a workplace culture rooted in trust, empathy, and true belonging.
