Aaryuvedam Hospital is a specialized Ayurveda and Panchakarma healthcare organization focused on authentic Ayurvedic treatment, chronic and lifestyle-related diseases, pain management, gut health, men's health, Panchakarma and preventive wellness.
We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented Corporate Marketing professional to strengthen Aaryuvedam's presence across Gurgaon by developing corporate relationships, institutional partnerships and community healthcare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies to promote Aaryuvedam's Ayurveda, Panchakarma and healthcare services across Gurgaon.
- Identify and approach corporates, MNCs, SMEs, schools, colleges, educational institutions, coaching institutes, RWAs, gyms, clubs and other organizations for healthcare partnerships and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR, Admin, Facility, Procurement and management teams.
- Develop and close corporate tie-ups for employee healthcare, wellness programs, Ayurveda consultations and treatment services.
- Promote cashless Ayurveda treatment through eligible health insurance/TPA arrangements and create awareness among corporates and employees about available cashless treatment facilities.
- Organize and coordinate corporate health camps, school/college health camps, health awareness programs and community healthcare activities.
- Coordinate Health Talks, Ayurveda Awareness Sessions, Wellness Workshops and Doctor-led educational sessions for employees, students and institutions.
- Work with Aaryuvedam doctors and internal teams to plan relevant health topics and ensure smooth execution of events.
- Generate consultations and qualified patient enquiries through corporate activities while maintaining a professional healthcare approach.
- Explore opportunities for annual corporate wellness programs, employee health packages and institutional healthcare partnerships.
- Build a strong network of corporate and institutional contacts across Gurgaon.
- Regularly visit prospective organizations, conduct presentations and follow up with decision-makers to convert opportunities into partnerships.
- Maintain a database of corporate/institutional prospects, meetings, activities, leads and conversions.
- Track marketing performance, including meetings, tie-ups, camps, participants, leads, consultations, patient conversions and revenue generated.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing, operations and clinical teams to maximize the outcome of corporate marketing activities.
Ideal Candidate
- 2–6 years of experience in Corporate Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Hospital Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Wellness or B2B Sales.
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, wellness, Ayurveda or related industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in meeting HR heads, senior management and institutional decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field visits across Gurgaon.
- Should be proactive, energetic and capable of independently generating new business opportunities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
