Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Corporate Manager at Health Assist Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd. The Corporate Manager will oversee and strategize business operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include leading and managing corporate accounts, monitoring operational efficiency, optimizing processes, generating reports, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Corporate Manager will also play a vital role in project management and in the alignment of organizational goals with operational execution.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and operational management abilities.
- Proficiency in communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of health insurance, claims management, and regulatory compliance is highly advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with corporate account management and business development strategies.
- Proficient in analytical tools, report generation, and data interpretation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
