Job Title: Corporate & Leisure Sales Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Corporate & Leisure Sales Executive to join our growing travel agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business from corporate clients as well as promoting leisure travel packages, ensuring exceptional customer service and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new corporate travel business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Promote and sell leisure travel packages (domestic & international)
- Handle client inquiries, prepare travel proposals, and close sales
- Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for smooth service delivery
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales (corporate and/or leisure)
- Strong knowledge of travel products (air ticketing, hotels, packages)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills- Experience in a corporate travel agency or tour operator
- Strong network of corporate clients
- Destination knowledge for international leisure travel
- Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
