Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Legal Manager based in Chennai. The Corporate Legal Manager will oversee and manage legal aspects of the company, including the preparation and review of legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing legal consultancy. The role involves managing corporate legal affairs, mitigating risks through effective legal strategies, and supporting the company's operations by ensuring adherence to laws and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Law and handling corporate legal affairs
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting
- Experience with Legal Compliance and ensuring adherence to regulations
- Ability to assess and manage various Legal Affairs within an organization
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Well-versed in current legal trends, policies, and government regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; additional certifications or qualifications in corporate law or related fields will be an advantage
- Prior experience in a financial or housing finance environment is highly preferred
