About Us
We operate a structured, outcome-driven training and placement model in partnership with universities and higher education institutions across India. Our agreements are performance-linked and commercially structured around guaranteed outcomes.
We are expanding our institutional footprint and require a sharp Legal Counsel to architect, protect, and scale our contract frameworks.
This is not a routine drafting role. This is a strategic legal architecture role.
Responsibilites:
- Draft and structure Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with universities and institutions
- Design outcome-based, milestone-linked payment structures
- Architect guaranteed placement frameworks with enforceable eligibility clauses
- Build scalable SOW and batch-based commercial models
- Structure liability limitation and indemnity protections
- Redline and negotiate institutional contracts
- Advise the founder on commercial risk positioning
- Create student undertakings, institutional accountability clauses, and IP protections
- Be available on rotation for ongoing advisory and contract negotiations
Requirements:
- 3-5 years PQE in commercial contracting
- Background in law firm or strong in-house commercial counsel role
- Deep experience drafting MSAs and performance-linked agreements
- Strong arbitration and dispute-avoidance drafting exposure
- Commercially sharp — understands business realities, not just legal theory
- Clear, precise drafting style
- Experience in EdTech, education partnerships, or institutional contracts is highly preferred.
