Their services include proactive prevention strategies to manage risks throughout the contract lifecycle and customized solutions for dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration, or litigation. The team is committed to aligning contract practices with legal and business objectives for optimal outcomes.

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Corporate Legal Intern to join our team. This role is designed for those who want to dive deep into corporate governance, compliance, and the legal frameworks that power a growing business.

The Role

You will be an integral part of our legal operations, ensuring our business remains protected and compliant.

• Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining corporate records and supporting board-related activities.
• Compliance Research: Monitor changes in regional regulations and provide summarized reports on legal impact.
• IP & Regulation: Help manage intellectual property filings and ensure adherence to data privacy standards.
• Drafting: Support the creation of internal policies and corporate resolutions.
