- Generate and convert corporate leasing leads to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through direct sales, references, brokers, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong corporate client and channel partner relationships.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and corporate leasing requirements.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly leasing revenue and closure targets.
