Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer at our office located in Gurgaon. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, advising clients on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory issues. The Lawyer will be responsible to draft transaction documents for investment and strategic transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Corporate-Commercial law, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory legal frameworks, with experience in corporate governance
- Proficiency in legal research and the ability to analyze and apply laws to varied scenarios
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines
- A degree in Law with a valid license to practice law
