Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer located at our office in Patna. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s legal activities. Daily tasks will include drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, advising on corporate governance, and managing legal risks within the organization. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance on business decisions and strategies while safeguarding the company’s interests.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Corporate Law, Business Law, and Contract Law
• Proven drafting, reviewing, and negotiating skills for contracts and agreements
• Experience in handling regulatory compliance and corporate governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing legal risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various departments
• Ability to work on-site at our Patna office
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification is required
• Bar membership in good standing is preferred
• Prior experience in the AdTech or technology sector is a plus
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information
