Role Description
- Generate and qualify high-value B2B leads
- Identify and approach potential clients (startups, mid-size firms, enterprises)
- Experience in HR, L&D Industry is added advantage
- Experience selling high-ticket consulting services
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
- Prior freelance or commission-based BD experience
