Role Description
The Corporate Human Resources Manager at Arow Hotels & Resorts will oversee HR operations, policies, and strategies to strengthen workforce engagement and organizational growth. This on-site, full-time role, based in Jaipur, involves recruitment, employee relations, training programs, compliance with HR regulations, and development of HR policies. The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring alignment with organizational goals to foster a vibrant and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Engagement Initiatives
- Experience in HR Compliance, Employment Law, and Policy Development
- Capability in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Prior experience in hospitality or multi-location businesses is an added advantage
