Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Theni for a Corporate Human Resources Manager. The individual will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll management, compliance, and training programs. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, implementing strategies that foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and streamlining HR processes to drive employee satisfaction and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have minimum 8 years experience in Human Resources Department
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employee Retention strategies
- Experience with Payroll Management, Compensation Planning, and Benefits Administration
- Strong understanding of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Regulatory Standards
- Proficiency in Leadership Development, Employee Engagement strategies, and Performance Management
- Excellent Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Team Leadership skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to manage HR data and reports efficiently
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters or relevant certifications in HR are advantageous)
- Prior experience in managing HR operations within the financial services industry is preferred
