To partner with business leadership and drive
strategic HR initiatives, enabling organizational effectiveness, workforce optimization, and compliance excellence across corporate and plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic HR Planning aligned with business and growth objectives
- Drive Organizational Development (OD) initiatives including change management, leadership development, and culture transformation
- Own Workforce Planning & Talent Management, including succession planning and capability building
- Ensure end-to-end Statutory Compliance and adherence to labor laws within manufacturing setups
- Collaborate with plant/site teams to strengthen HR processes and industrial relations
- Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and performance management systems
- Support business leaders with data-driven HR insights and decision-making
- Enhance employee engagement, retention strategies, and employer branding
Candidate Profile:
- 12-16 years of experience in Corporate HR roles, preferably in the manufacturing/industrial sector
- Strong exposure to OD, workforce planning, and HR strategy
- In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance, labor laws, and IR practices
- Experience in managing both corporate and plant HR environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership partnering skills
- Willingness to travel to plant location (Palghar) regularly
