Role Purpose:
Collaborate with business leadership to lead
strategic HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, optimize the workforce, and ensure compliance excellence across both corporate and plant operations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic HR Planning that aligns with business goals and growth targets
- Drive Organizational Development (OD) efforts, including change management, leadership development, and cultural transformation
- Manage Workforce Planning & Talent Management, encompassing succession planning and skill development
- Ensure comprehensive Statutory Compliance by adhering to labor laws relevant to manufacturing environments
- Work closely with plant and site teams to enhance HR processes and industrial relations
- Develop and execute HR policies, frameworks, and performance management systems
- Assist business leaders with data-driven HR insights and decision support
- Promote employee engagement, retention initiatives, and employer branding
Candidate Profile:
- Possess 12-16 years of experience in Corporate HR roles, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Demonstrate strong expertise in OD, workforce planning, and HR strategy
- Have a deep understanding of statutory compliance, labor laws, and industrial relations (IR) practices
- Experience managing both corporate and plant-level HR functions
- Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and collaborative leadership skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to the plant location in Palghar
