Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Gifting Executive located in Delhi, India. The Corporate Gifting Executive will manage end-to-end solutions for corporate gifting, from understanding client requirements to creating tailored proposals and executing orders. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, assisting in product selection, negotiating pricing, coordinating with production teams, ensuring timely delivery, and managing post-sale interactions. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs efficiently and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach corporate clients for bulk gifting requirements.
- Promote customised cutlery gift sets for:
- Festivals (Diwali, New Year, etc.)
- Corporate events
- Employee rewards
- Client gifting
- Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, and references.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain client database and sales pipeline sheet.
