Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Gifting and B2B Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The role involves managing client accounts, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations with clients in both corporate gifting and B2B segments. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, driving sales goals, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle effectively while providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to develop customized solutions for corporate clients is essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management, with the ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales, including identifying new opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Experience in Sales Operations, ensuring seamless processes from lead identification to deal closure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Prior experience in corporate gifting, B2B sales, or related fields is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
