- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
- Department: Corporate Finance / Debt Syndication
- Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities- Execute debt syndication transactions across multiple financing products
- Structure financing solutions including Working Capital (CC/OD), Construction Finance, Business Loans, and Trade Finance
- Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions for deal sourcing, negotiations, and closures
- Prepare and review Information Memorandums (IM), Term Sheets, Sanction Letters, and Loan Agreements
- Conduct financial analysis, credit assessment, and cash flow evaluation
- Track transaction pipelines, lender approvals, and disbursements
- Manage due diligence, KYC, compliance, and documentation processes
- Maintain MIS reports, transaction trackers, and portfolio monitoring
- Collaborate with Credit, Legal, and Risk teams for seamless execution
- Monitor post-disbursement compliance and covenant tracking

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics
- MBA (Finance) / BAF / CFA preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in Debt Syndication, Corporate Lending, Structured Finance, or Credit Operations
