How can you make an Impact?
· The responsibilities include creating the Annual Budget and thereafter managing monthly reports like Budget v Actual along with variance analyses, Cash Flows & Profit Per Location & communication thereof to stakeholders.
· Stakeholder management will include coordination with location’s Finance and Accounts team members to collect & manage location-wise capital allocation discussions and strategy meetings, timely completion of Annual Report, compilation & presentation of data for quarterly Board Meeting and related agenda items and publishing of Board/ Investor Presentation.
· While the role is based at HO, active coordination with location and cross functional teams will be required to collate information/data for various MIS reports and analyses.
· The role will require timely coordination with Credit Rating Agencies, working on fund raising proposal preparation and provide information to the potential lenders & facilitate servicing of loans.
· Proactively monitor funds availability in bank accounts and ensuring deployment of the same to minimize idling of funds.
· Adhoc and need based analysis as required, from time to time.
What are we looking for?
· We are looking for a CA with 2-4 years of post-qualification, progressive and relevant work experience.
· Preferably from similar background
· Good at financial planning and analysis
· Excellent Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
· Work independently or with limited supervision.
· High willingness, ability to work under pressure, timeline orientation and ability to learn.
· Ability to lead from the front and a hands-on approach
· Goes in depth of issues and can provide structure to unstructured problems/issues.
· Very Good oral and written communication skills.
