Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Finance professional to join the Finance Operations Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in handling clients and managing teams, along with a strong background in finance and accounts. The candidate must be a minimum C.A. Intermediate qualified.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze financial data and generate reports to support strategic planning and business decisions.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their financial requirements and provide tailored solutions.
· Manage and guide junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient workflow.
· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities for clients and internal projects.
· Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
· Identify financial risks and opportunities, presenting recommendations to management.
· Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
· Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align objectives.
