Role
We are a fast-growing global EOR platform operating across multiple countries and currencies. We are looking for a high-ownership Accountant to support financial reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and MIS in a dynamic, evolving environment.
This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to bring structure to fast-moving operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on consolidation experience and strong working knowledge of NetSuite.

We’re Hiring: Corporate Development & Finance Associate/Analyst
We are looking for a Corporate Development & Finance Associate to work closely with the Founder and Leadership Team in a fast-growing environment.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with investment banking experience (Tier 1 banks) who are looking to transition into an operating role within a high-growth company and drive strategic initiatives from the inside.
What you will work on:
Corporate Development
• Support investor relations initiatives
• Build financial models, data books, and information memorandums
• Conduct valuation analysis and support strategic transactions
• Evaluate potential acquisition opportunities
Business Finance
• Drive monthly MIS analysis and provide insights to leadership
• Provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions
• Identify cost optimization and efficiency opportunities
• Support stakeholder communication and budgeting processes
What we are looking for:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity / Corporate Finance
• Background from Tier 1 Investment Banks or PE firms preferred
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• High ownership mindset and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
