Role Overview
We are looking for a powerhouse Corporate Event Sales & Partnerships Manager/Lead who comes with a ready rolodex of corporate clients and a proven track record in the event management industry. The ideal candidate must have direct access to corporate decision-makers (HR Heads, Admin Heads, Marketing Heads, Procurement leads) and the capability to independently pitch, negotiate, and close high-value corporate events, MICE, and annual corporate mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation & Pipeline: Bring in immediate business by leveraging your existing personal network and direct data of corporate clients for corporate parties, R&R events, conferences, and MICE.
- End-to-End Client Acquisition: Right from cold outreach/leveraging warm leads, preparing customized event pitches, to cracking boardroom presentations and closing the deal.
- Strategic Pitching: Collaborate with our internal tech and design teams to pitch LuxeVenue.ai's unique tech-edge (AI, 3D walkthroughs) alongside traditional event management capabilities to win large-scale corporate mandates.
- Account Management: Maintain deep, long-term relationships with multi-national groups and corporate giants to secure repeat business and annual event contracts.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with upcoming corporate calendars, product launches, and annual corporate budgets in the Delhi/NCR region to capture leads early.
Requirements & Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Industry Background: Must have worked with reputed Event Management Agencies specifically handling the Corporate Portfolio. (Profiles from retail or purely social/wedding event backgrounds will not be considered).
- The "Rolodex" Factor: You must possess an active, verified, and direct database/network of active corporate clients (procurement/marketing/HR contacts) to hit the ground running from Day 1.
- Pitching Excellence: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. You should be comfortable pitching to C-suite executives and board members.
- Target-Driven Mindset: Proven history of meeting and exceeding aggressive quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Work Culture Alignment: High energy, aggressive sales attitude, and the flexibility to navigate tight deadlines and event delivery cycles.
