Role Description
Horizon8 is seeking a motivated and dynamic Corporate Event Sales Manager to join our team full-time at our Gurgaon office. The role involves developing and maintaining a client pipeline, planning and executing corporate events, and managing private events. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, fostering relationships with corporate clients, designing event strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle. The role requires high levels of coordination with various teams to deliver seamless and impactful events, while achieving sales targets and fostering long-term client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management
- Proven experience in Sales, particularly within corporate and private events
- Exceptional Communication skills for client engagement and negotiations
- Expertise in planning and coordinating Private and Corporate Events
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and achieve sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in CRM tools and event management software is a plus
- Experience in the real estate or corporate hospitality sector is advantageous
