To accelerate our B2B footprint, we are looking for a high-octane Corporate Event Sales Manager who lives and breathes corporate acquisition.
Role Overview
As the Corporate Event Sales Manager, your primary mandate is simple: Bring high-value corporate events, annual general meetings (AGMs), conferences, and tech summits onto the LuxeVenue.ai ecosystem. We are strictly looking for professionals from the Event Management Industry who possess a strong active database of corporate admin heads, HR leads, and procurement managers, and can independently source, pitch, and close multi-million rupee event mandates.
Core Responsibilities:
- B2B Corporate Acquisition: Aggressively pitch LuxeVenue.ai holistic venue and execution ecosystem to Fortune 500 companies, MNCs, and large enterprises for their MICE requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from cold outreach and institutional presentations to commercial negotiation and closing.
- Consultative Selling: Understand complex corporate event requirements (pax size, AV/production setups, tech integrations) and package custom luxury venue solutions.
- Data-Driven Transparency: Maintain airtight pipeline hygiene. Deliver highly descriptive, uncensored Daily Sales Reports (DSR) tracking exact stakeholders, brand roadblocks, and conversion timelines.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinate closely with the tech, operations, and fabrications teams to ensure seamless event handovers post-closure.
Who Are We Looking For? (Eligibility Criteria):
- Industry Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 3–5 years of hardcore sales/business development experience specifically within the Event Management, Event Production, or Luxury MICE Hospitality sectors. (General sales profiles will not be entertained).
- Corporate Network: An active, self-owned database of corporate decision-makers (Admin, Procurement, HR, and Marketing Heads) across Delhi-NCR.
- High Convincing Power: Exceptional executive presence, articulate presentation skills, and the capability to command a boardroom pitch.
- Tech-Savy Approach: Comfort in working with AI-driven dashboard ecosystems, CRM tools, and real-time sales pipelines.
- Resilience & Ownership: A target-oriented professional comfortable with fast-paced startup cycles and field-level closures.
