About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Psychologist / Corporate Counselor to provide on-site mental health and emotional wellbeing support to employees at a leading corporate office With minimum 4 years of experience in the same. The role involves conducting confidential one-on-one counseling sessions, facilitating group wellness workshops, and promoting a positive and psychologically safe work environment.
The counselor will work on-site every Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for a one-year engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide confidential one-on-one counseling sessions to employees.
- Conduct group wellness sessions, workshops, and mental health awareness programs.
- Assess employee concerns and provide appropriate psychological support and guidance.
- Develop intervention plans and recommend referrals whenever necessary.
- Promote employee wellbeing through proactive engagement initiatives.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Support the organization in creating a healthy and psychologically safe workplace.
- Maintain documentation and follow-up records in line with professional standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- M.A. in Counseling Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in counseling or employee wellbeing.
- Strong experience in:
- Individual counseling (1:1 sessions)
- Group counseling and workshops
- Organizational dynamics
- Counseling psychology
- Evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathetic listening skills.
- Experience in a corporate or organizational setting will be an added advantage.
