Role Description
The Consultant-Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) internship role at DWAR involves collaborating on impactful projects focused on community support and sustainability. Responsibilities include developing and implementing CSR strategies, conducting stakeholder engagement, preparing project reports, organizing community events, and ensuring alignment with DWAR’s mission and values. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with an option for partial remote work. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to community development efforts while gaining valuable experience in the non-profit sector.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication, Teamwork, and Interpersonal Collaboration
- Proficiency in Research, Data Analysis, and Report Writing
- Experience in Project Management, Planning, and Execution
- Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) frameworks, Social Impact Assessment, and Sustainability initiatives
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and complete tasks within deadlines
- Passion for community engagement, social impact, and a commitment to DWAR’s mission and values
- Bachelor’s degree, or currently pursuing a degree, in Social Sciences, Public Policy, CSR, or a related field
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in non-profit organizations or CSR initiatives is a plus
