- Position us as a trusted, scalable hiring partner
🎯 Placement Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end placement lifecycle
- Align talent pools with real-time hiring demand
- Drive bulk, lateral & fresher hiring mandates
- Execute campus drives, virtual hiring events & exclusive campaigns
- Ensure strong offer conversion & placement consistency
📈 Account Management & Growth
- Manage and grow key corporate accounts
- Build repeat hiring pipelines
- Act as a strategic advisor on talent & skills alignment
💰 Business Impact & Revenue
- Drive revenue through hiring partnerships
- Identify paid hiring models & premium opportunities
